Cancelling Order

Damage Products/ Wrong Items
Full or partial refunds will be given on orders that are damaged or defective outside of the customer’s control or any wrong items received. Please contact us here if you received a damaged or defective item. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.
Lost or Stolen Package
Larondo Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you have the correct and complete address before placing an order. All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us with any shipping concerns or to report an issue with your shipment.
