When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on holidays or weekends. If your order is placed on a weekend/ holiday, it will not begin processing until the next official business day.
Why did my butter arrive melted?
During the warmer months, our butter products may melt in transit. We do everything possible to ensure this does not happen. If you receive your butter melted, simply place in the refrigerator (not freezer) for about one hour. This will not affect the quality or effectiveness of the butter.
How do I track my order?
One your order is submitted to us, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email with tracking number once your order is processed and shipped.
